First Quarter Update and Yoga

What a first quarter it has been! I am blessed in so many ways and am grateful. Yoga is back in my life full force! Teaching at Yoga Journey Studio with the greatest collection of yoga instructors in town is a blessing. What a beautiful space Leslie Glickman has created.  I am proud to be a part of the team at lifetime athletic, the premiere gym in the area, teaching yoga and piilates. And.. last but definitely not least, a dream has come true! I now have my own yoga space to share with you. You can find me practicing, teaching, meditating and laughing with Jolie, Johanna and the amazing clients of My Flora Aura almost every day.  Join me for some yoga.
